Expo-Kent is seeking summer student for 12 weeks (35 hours per week) to assist in the planning and operation of the Fair taking place in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent on August 27-30, 2026. This position which is funded under the Student Employment Experience Development (SEED) program and will be under the supervision of the Expo-Kent Management Team and staff.

FAIR OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities include: preventive building maintenance, painting, ground maintenance; assisting in the planning and the operation of 2026 Expo-Kent; supporting the judges and the committees prior and during the judging of exhibits; assisting in the set-up of the inside and outside areas for all exhibits; supporting the implementation of various activities aimed at the effective operation and the further development of the fair; support the promotion of the fair; and assist in the implementation of various activities.
