Upkeep and maintenance of the graveyard on the Nerepis road location between St. Augustine's church and the Holy Spirit Parish Rectory and the Saint John location. St. Augustine's cemetery has received historical status and has the attention of the local historical society. To this end, the up keep of all grounds surrounding the graves, repairing grave sites, straightening and cleaning headstones are imperative. Our parish is made up of older volunteers who can provide good supervision and guidance but the majority of the physical work will be done by the student. This will include the care and up keeping of the sites and headstones as well as light physical work to enhance the presentation of the graveyard in general as well as mowing and trimming of all shrubs and bushes. If time permits and weather dictates there will be light filing and office duties. For this position, a driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.

The Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick (ASNB) is looking for a bilingual summer student to help us expand and enhance our resources. The successful applicant will be expected to work in-person at our Fredericton Resource Centre.
The successful candidate will support and ASNB project, which will include recording, editing, and supporting the publication of our existing resources to increase their accessibility for all New Brunswickers. The Special Project Coordinator will also be responsible to do a survey of existing provincial resources and summarize them for the ASNB’s First Link team. This information will be used to directly support people living with dementia and their circle of care.
As needed, the Special Project Coordinator may also be asked to help with the delivery of virtual and community programming and presentations. As such, the candidate must posses a valid NB driver’s license.
