Working with children and youth to provide the church's summer programs. The work is supervised by a pastor, and involves set-up, tear down, leading games and groups. Most programs and events are on-site at Tidal Church, but some events for high school students will be off site There is also opportunity to be involved musically if the student has this skill set and desires to do so.

This position is open to all qualified students who enjoy working by the water and learning skills associated with safety and security of a marina. This is an evening / night position. Some of the duties include: ensuring the boats are secured, assisting boaters departing and returning to the marina, performing general maintenance tasks, greeting guests, and providing general security of the marina including the docks and gates. Additionally, general light sanitation and documentation may be required to ensure compliance to the marina's operational plan. This position helps students develop interpersonal skills and a methodical approach to ensuring a safe and secure facility. It will appeal to students who can work independently and also enjoy interacting with patrons and the general public. The marina operates annually from 01 June to 30 September, however, this position respects the academic calendar and educational priorities of the student.

The Public Works Student assists municipal public works staff with the maintenance and operation of municipal infrastructure and facilities. Duties may include groundskeeping, street and sidewalk maintenance, litter collection, assisting with minor repairs, setting up for community events, and supporting general maintenance tasks. The position involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions and requires the ability to follow safety procedures, work as part of a team, and take direction from supervisors. This role provides hands-on experience in municipal operations while supporting the day-to-day needs of the community.
