This position is responsible for creating summer camp programs in a safe and inclusive environment for children, while continuing to foster mental, physical, social and emotional well-being. This position develops and executes weekly themed programs focused on arts, sports/recreation, literacy and creativity. They are the primary contact for parents, guardians and Board of Directors; accountable for budgets and all administration duties associated with the program. This lead is accountable for managing registration, budget as it relates to fees, expenses and enforcing best practices, rules and regulations. They will be directing, supervising and development of one other full-time resource assisting with the summer program.

This position is the Assistant to the Summer Program Leader. They will assist with the creation and execution of the weekly programs, address participant needs including but not limited to morning greeting and getting children settled in for day; washroom and lunch and mid day breaks; assisting with program execution; admin duties as monitoring supply inventory; tracking attendance, weekly fees, etc. This position is the second point of contact for parents and guardians as well as Board members. They will be the second 'set of eyes' ensuring the environment remains safe, inclusive and escalate any problematic situation to the Program Leader. In summary they are to assist the Program Leader to ensure the experience is the best of the best for our children.

The Summer Peer Worker provides frontline, non-judgmental harm reduction support to people accessing Avenue B services. This role includes distributing harm reduction supplies such as safer use supplies and naloxone, sharing basic education on safer use and overdose prevention, and supporting outreach activities including mobile outreach and community engagement. The Peer Worker helps maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and safer space, assists with basic documentation, and supports harm reduction education, events, and community initiatives throughout the summer. The role involves working collaboratively with staff and volunteers, responding calmly to challenging situations, and following organizational policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

The Grounds Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:
- collaborating with the Groundskeeper Lead to identify and complete maintenance jobs such as mowing, trimming, cutting, pruning, raking, filling holes, digging, etc.
- utilizing various pieces of tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, hand-held trimmers, whipper snippers, etc., in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements
- maintaining open communication with office staff to make daily work plans to ensure the pristine appearance of the Park
- assisting in the maintenance of all Park buildings, facilities, and grounds including light carpentry, plumbing tasks, painting, etc.
- performing daily safety inspections of hiking trails, ponds, buildings, sites, cabins, and equipment and immediately report any issues to Groundskeeper Lead
- ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order and report deficiencies when necessary
