The Membership Systems & Communications Coordinator (Student) will support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities for BOMA’s new CRM system, focusing on New Brunswick–based member companies. Reporting to the Executive Director, the student will help prepare member data, set up records, create onboarding materials, and support communications. During launch, they will assist members with onboarding, answer questions, and track initial adoption. Post-launch, they will encourage ongoing member engagement, track usage, gather feedback, and help improve the member experience. This role provides hands-on experience in CRM implementation, member engagement, and digital communications within a professional association.

The Aquatic Field Biologist supports BWC’s aquatic projects both in the field and office by handling duties such as water quality monitoring, water pollution research, fish passage restoration, surveying, sampling, tagging, and outreach. Responsibilities also include riparian and aquatic restoration, data entry, report writing, and helping at community events. This role calls for candidates who are self-motivated and able to work independently, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, remain safety-conscious, and enjoy working outdoors in any weather. Experience with boats and water is important. Students studying biology, environmental science, or ecology will benefit greatly from this opportunity, which provides practical experience valuable for career growth. The job is full-time, seasonal (35 hours per week), lasting 10–12 weeks and starting in May 2026.

Duties include fish passage restoration, flora and fauna surveys, and technical assistance for outreach, workshops, and summer camps. The role involves maintaining trails, organising community clean-ups, data entry, report writing, and supporting events like Canada Day and Life at the Lakes. Candidates should be self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team, with strong communication skills and a passion for outdoor work. Experience with boats is an asset. Students in biology, environmental science, or ecology gain valuable hands-on experience. This is a full-time, seasonal position (35 hours/week) for 10–12 weeks, starting May 2026.
