Short job description:Pickleball facilitators will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for participants while promoting the practice of pickleball. They organize, supervise and facilitate activities related to this sport, while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of the players.
Plan and organize pickleball sessions adapted to different levels (beginners, intermediate, advanced).
Lead games, workshops and mini-tournaments to motivate participants.
Encourage active participation while creating a spirit of camaraderie.
Provide technical advice on pickleball rules and strategies.
Supervise players to ensure mutual respect and good group dynamics.
Install and disassemble the necessary equipment (nets, balls, rackets, etc.).
Check and maintain equipment to ensure quality and safety.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the field.
Field on Victoria 7 days a week from 7:30 am to 9 pm.

A Tennis Attendant (or Tennis Court Attendant) ensures the smooth daily operation of tennis facilities by managing court bookings, providing customer service, and maintaining court cleanliness and safety. Key responsibilities include preparing courts (nets, water), assisting members, enforcing facility rules, and conducting minor maintenance or cleaning of equipment. Court Maintenance: Cleaning, sweeping, and grooming courts (including clay court maintenance), cleaning windscreens, and maintaining water coolers.
Customer Service & Scheduling: Greeting members, assigning courts, scheduling matches, and checking in players.
Facility Safety: Ensuring courts are safe for play, removing debris, and reporting maintenance issues. Administrative Tasks: Collecting fees, selling merchandise.

The Engagement Specialist will design, deliver and analyze our annual employee and Board engagement surveys. They will produce a report and presentation on the results. The candidate has to have a passion for farming work. The Job includes fish husbandry, data collection, and interpretation of data. Additionally, the candidate will have to participate in the general maintenance of the hatchery. The Husbandry includes feeding the fish, picking the mortalities and counting them, measuring water oxygen saturation and doing water physicochemical analysis using hi-tech equipment. Above all, the candidate must like working with others and be interested in aquaculture operations.

Act as skipper and provide sailing instruction to persons with all types of disabilities using adaptive sailboats specially designed for that purpose; carry out minor daily maintenance and repair to sailboats. Candidate must hold a level 3 CANSail qualification or equivalent, and a Transport Canada Pleasure Craft Operator's Card (PCOC)
