Short job description:Pickleball facilitators will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for participants while promoting the practice of pickleball. They organize, supervise and facilitate activities related to this sport, while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of the players.
Plan and organize pickleball sessions adapted to different levels (beginners, intermediate, advanced).
Lead games, workshops and mini-tournaments to motivate participants.
Encourage active participation while creating a spirit of camaraderie.
Provide technical advice on pickleball rules and strategies.
Supervise players to ensure mutual respect and good group dynamics.
Install and disassemble the necessary equipment (nets, balls, rackets, etc.).
Check and maintain equipment to ensure quality and safety.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the field.
Field on Victoria 7 days a week from 7:30 am to 9 pm.
