They will also take part in field work including wetland monitoring, riparian restoration and water quality testing. Tasks will include analyzing wetland function, tree-planting, tagging fish, and site preparation for wetland restoration efforts. The skills learned in this position would be very useful to a career in environmental biology, biology, forestry, or fisheries.
