The Membership & Marketing Director supports local economic development by helping strengthen the business community through Chamber growth, outreach, and engagement. This role focuses on attracting and supporting Chamber businesses, promoting the value of membership, and helping businesses connect with resources and opportunities that support their success.

Key duties include creating marketing and communications content for social media, newsletters, and the Chamber website, as well as supporting member engagement and event promotion. The student will also use membership and campaign data to track outreach efforts and support reporting and planning.

This person will be responsible for the upkeep of our cemetery on a daily basis, mowing the lawn, trimming around the thombstones, etc.

Assist the Club Manager with the execution of our summer camp program. Activities offered are recreational in nature, and consist of both squash and non squash activities. Program participants are both male and female, and range in age from 8 to 13.

The successful applicant will support the Dooryard Arts Festival team prepare and execute the 2026 summer festival.
Will require the individual to work evenings and weekends as needed. The position may be a combination of work-from-home and in-person at the DYAF Headquarters in downtown Woodstock.
Provide input and support implementation of outreach and audience-building strategies
Liaising with local organizations to support festival promotions
Manage a volunteer team during the festival
Assist with festival preparations and execution (logistics and communications)
Assist with creating and posting social media content under the direction of the festival committee members
Respond to questions and inquiries from the public
Assist with creating and executing marketing and communications strategies and materials
Assist with wrap-up and reporting after the festival concludes
