Key Responsibilities:

The Fundraising Assistant will provide administrative, events and fundraising support to the Fundraising Department and provide excellent customer service to supporters, community and business partners and the general public. Responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the execution of cultivation and stewardship events.

• Assist fundraisers with production of fundraising packs, sponsorship forms, letters of authority, certificates etc.
• Maintain the database (Keela) to ensure data is recorded and updated accurately.
• Record and process donations ensuring donors are acknowledged appropriately.
