Organizing & implementing weekly Summer programs for families & their preschool children. This could include literacy activities, puppet shows, music, artwork, crafts & outside activities. The employee will assist with the Community Food Smart program monthly packing, and cleaning and updating inventory. He/she will assist with preparing crafts & activities for our seasonal programming. This position will also include basic office duties (answering the phone, photo copying, taking messages). This position will provide great experience for those entering the Early Childhood Education field.

Responsibilities include supervising counsellors, coordinating with the Program Coordinator, managing registrations and daily sign-in/out, creating staff schedules, maintaining records, promoting camps on social media, and serving as the main parent contact. The role also involves leading and engaging campers in activities and ensuring a safe environment. Structured pre-camp training and ongoing mentorship develop teamwork, time management, interpersonal communication, and professional skills. Ideal for students with childcare experience, organization, attention to detail, and strong communication.

lf you are interested in working in healthcare as a Resident Attendant, Licensed practical Nurse or
Registered Nurse this position can give you an idea of what your future may holdt
- Provide Support to Nursing Staff by:
- completing basic administrative tasks; filing, organizing, data entry, report, etc.
- Stock management; stocking and organizing medical and personal care supplies, ensure all
supplies are stored safely.
- Meaningful one-on-one engagement with residents; provide companionship, participate in
leisure activities that enhance quality of life.
- Assist with certain resident care tasks; assistant at meal times, completing ROM and walking
programs, doing residents'hair/makeup/nails, observe and report changes in residents'condition to
nursing staff.
