Elle doit demeurer en tout temps dans son personnage et animer le lieu selon les paramètres artistiques établis par la direction artistique. Elle participera aussi comme chanteuse à la production quotidienne Le frolic de fin de journée. Enfin, elle contribuera activement à la vie du village sur l’Île-aux-Puces en incarnant Carmélice, interagissant avec les autres personnages et échangeant avec les visiteurs afin de créer une expérience immersive, humaine et chaleureuse.
