The Administrator for Harvest Music Festival will be responsible for the administrative needs leading up to, and during, the festival that takes place Sept 10-15. We know this is outside the scope of the timeframe, but we would look to extend their employment beyond that which SEED allows. We would of course allow for the flexibility for a student to be able to continue their education, while gaining the comfort of extra funds which is important to all students. This role would include; answering phone calls and emails, greeting people as they enter the office and directing them where to get needed information, various administrative tasks such as copying/scanning/filing documents, being involved in the logistics of the festival (eg. Infrastructure/volunteers/operational needs) and helping where appropriate for the skill and comfort.
