The Field Operations Coordinator's responsibilities will include:
- assisting our coaches by developing practice plans and a training manual for our recreational teams. The aim is to improve the flow and quality of our practices
- promote baseball in the community
- assist the members of the Board in generating sponsorships for the organization, including ensuring that the advertising is ordered, produced and displayed
- assist in the coordination of our Junior Leaders program to allow 12-13 year-olds to develop their leadership skills.
- ensuring that the equipment for fields are ready for the evening practices.
- the primary work location will be at 200 du Parc Promenade in Dieppe, but some work may be completed at home (especially when fields are closed due to weather)
- the expectation is that the candidate will be available on some weekends from mid-morning to late afternoon
