The person will help with the coordination of the activities of the GDDPC and will participate in team meetings. • Communicate regularly with the Silviculture Manager to ensure that organizational and silviculture objectives are being met.
• Generate required electronic and hard copy documentation of all authorized treatments in a timely and accurate manner.

The Assistant Coordinator for the Charlotte United Soccer Club ("CUSC") needs to be an organized, motivated, diplomatic and energetic individual. They will assist with the organizing and executing of soccer registration in four communities (St. Stephen, St. Andrews, St. George and Deer Island); updating, maintaining and submitting player data to Soccer NB; forming teams; helping recruit and support coaches; scheduling referees; assisting with scheduling games and practices; maintaining and distributing equipment; organizing special events such as tournaments or jamborees; and assisting with summer camps. They may also be required to run a practice occasionally and be available on field during the season to address questions or concerns and to help provide a quality soccer program for the youth in the Charlotte County community. The Assistant Coordinator may also help maintain an online presence for CUSC, correspond with players, parents, coaches and referees throughout the season.
