Responsible for assisting the Next Gen Pastor and Outreach Pastor in organizing events and opportunities to engage the community (both the inward and outward communities).
Job Responsibilities:
Work with Outreach Pastor and Next Gen Pastor in developing summer programs for kids in local communities, especially those in communities who are new to Canada
Plan outreach and communication campaigns to reach out to fringe students and kids
Assist in creating opportunities for students and families to build relationships with leaders and serve their community
Be involved 2x monthly in hands on Next Gen Ministry to community members(Preschool/Kids)
Fill in on the weekend schedule when needed
Plan, prepare, and run summer Next Gen Events with the Ministry Assistant and design events to serve and provide community opportunity for surrounding area.
Assist in any other tasks your supervisor or Pastoral Staff might need
Attend weekly team meetings

The Program Coordinators play an essential role in the FDSA’s summer programming. Each Coordinator will lead one of the FDSA’s community division programs and be the primary point of contact on the following aspects:

The festival organizer assistant will partner with the festival organizer to support the Artistic Director as well as various other Larlee Creek Hullabaloo committee members during the weeks leading up to and including the week of the festival event.
