The Camp leader will work closely with all staff to plan, prepare, and implement a recreational and educational Summer Camp for school aged children with Autism. They will be responsible for the daily operation of the camp, scheduling campers, researching age/skill appropriate activities, communicating with parents, coordinating with community partners, purchasing supplies, etc. They will work closely with the Director of ARM training in behavior management, reinforcement techniques, and Autism. The Leader will be punctual, use effective communication skills and be a strong role model for campers and staff. They will build trust with campers and their co-workers. The Leader will work with professionals and volunteers under the direction of the Director of ARM and in conjunction with the families. The Leader will assist with organizing the registration kits while working closely with all team members. He/she will act in a manner that is professional and positive.
