Electrofishing surveys for juvenile fish densities (all species in the Nepisiguit River and its tributaries. Includes helping with stocking of salmon juveniles if fry are available. Data collection of water quality parameters which includes ,water temperature, turbidity, flow rates acidity ,O2, and other parameters . This is done on the Nepisiguit and tributaries but also on Bass, Tetagouche, Elmtree and Nigadoo rivers . Cleanup of areas along the river and fish passage removal ,mapping of beaver dams for future breeching if necessary to enable salmon to reach their native spawning grounds. Under the direction of the supervisor CABIN assessments will be preformed on all rivers in the area.

Groundskeeper
Woodstock Golf & Curling Club is a historic golf facility located in the heart of New Brunswick’s First Town
Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, raking, and performing other lawn maintenance functions
Wash, clean, and re-fuel all equipment after use
Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes by watering, removing weeds, trimming, and performing other maintenance
Remove and bag trash and recycling from all exterior trash cans
Operate tractors, or utility vehicles to transport equipment and supplies
Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact and a friendly verbal greeting using the guests’ names when possible
Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety program
Adhere to all environmental policies and programs as required
Communicate effectively with management, coworkers and customers in positive work environment

Golf Attendant
Woodstock Golf & Curling Club is a historic golf facility located in the heart of New Brunswick’s First Town.
General Duties
Opening and Closing the Golf shop
Greeting customers upon arrival
Check in Members and guests
Ring in green fees
Inform and enforce golf course policies
Ensure golfers maintain appropriate pace of play
Interacts with golfers in a friendly, helpful manner.
Responsible for informing players of course conditions and local rules.
Keep tee times moving on time and in an orderly manner.
Communicate with the General Manager any potential problems.
Keep track of golf carts and rental equipment.
Offer assistance to customers looking through the Golf Shop
Keep the Golf Shop and other assigned areas neat and tidy
Answer the telephone and take golf reservations
End of day reconciliation

Shining Horizons Therapeutic Riding Association (SHTRA) is a registered charity renowned for its therapeutic riding program benefiting children and youth in Southern New Brunswick. Since 1996, our focus has been on providing therapeutic riding lessons to children and youth with conditions such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Neuromuscular Disorders.
Qualified instructors, certified by the Canadian Therapeutic Riding Association (CanTRA), lead sessions using specially selected and intensively trained horses.

The Summer is always a busy season for Shining Horizons. For this reason we're looking for additional Barn Staff who can help us with barn related activities. You will help us clean stalls, feed animals, turn out and in horses, soak and steam hay etc. For this position horse experience is required.
