The project assistant will help the project coordinator with certain tasks, but their primary responsibility is to help the project officer during field trips. Thus, the employee will commonly be monitoring the Maritime Ringlets in the Peters River Marsh and the Bank Swallows in various locations in the region like Youghall, Nigadoo, and Belledune outside. The employee will also participate in monitoring the region's waterways and will have the opportunity to use multiparameter probes, current meters, anemometers, etc. He will also be responsible for entering the data collected during these outings in the organization's databases. Furthermore, the employee will also have the opportunity to participate and organize certain means of awareness raising such as publications on social networks, kiosks, informative documents, presentations and daily activities at La Barque summer camps.
