La personne aura à travailler avec le coordinateur de l’organisme ainsi qu’avec son conseil d’administration dans le travail de bureau, secrétariat, comptabilité et réception.
Le travail consistera également à l’organisation d’activités de levée de fonds et d’événements sociaux culturels pour l’établissement.
L’étudiant/e retenu/e doit aussi avoir des habiletés en entrée de données puisqu’un des objectifs sera revoir tout le tableau des bienfaiteurs et faire sa mise à jour. D’autre part, la personne sera encadrer soutenue dans ce processus par le trésorier de la Fondation et son coordonnateur.
L’étudiant/e doit avoir de l’entregent et aimer travailler en équipe pour un rayonnement global sur le campus avec l’étroite collaboration de ses bienveillants bénévoles. L’étudiant/e aura la chance de faire du réseautage tout en acquérant une formation expérimentielle qui lui servira certes longtemps.
Nous souhaiterions obtenir un 12 semaines pour accomplir le tout.

The CCVCA has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work independently or as part of a diverse team. They exhibit cultural sensitivity and an understanding of newcomer challenges. They are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms and have good organizational skills. Front desk work, greeting clients and taking messages are part of the daily job. This is a 35-hour per week position with some evening and weekend work required.
