Provides resident focused care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

-Provides assistance to residents, such as bathing and bowel care.
-Assists residents at mealtimes, including feeding and supervision, as well as verifies that individual diet guidelines are followed.
-Responds to resident call bells. Assists residents with mobilization, range of motion, and exercises.
-Transfers and positions residents using proper body mechanics and equipment, such as mechanical lifts and transfer belts.
-Transports residents to and from in-house activities, such as meals, pastoral, and activation events.
-Provides incontinent care, basic catheter and ostomy care.
-Collects specimens, such as sputum, urine, and stool.
-Communicates with residents, families, team members and healthcare professionals and/or other departments concerning resident's needs.
-Participates in meetings by providing information and ensuring follow-up of recommendations.

General maintenance of two churches, parish halls, rectory and grounds. Require two locations to be maintained. Cleaning and painting of rooms in each of the buildings. Care taking of church grounds, including mowing, trimming brush, maintaining flowerbeds and prayer garden and working on graveyard improvements projects.
