This position will focus on the conservation and protection of fish and fish habitat in the Greater Kouchibouguac area.
Tasks will include:
- Working outdoors to perform evaluation of water quality and habitat.
- Working with fish species and performing species identification.
- Collecting fish population data and water/habitat quality data.
- Planting of trees and shrubs at habitat restoration sites.
- Maintenance of tree nursery.

- Reception duties such as greet children, parents, and guests of the Center, answer questions, give directions, etc.

The Administrative Assistant/Actor will assist in all administrative duties of Live Bait, including box office, reception, and filing. They will also assist with workshops for young people, production elements for plays, and act in shows.

Greet guests and answer questions about the facilities, our programs, and the region. Interpret Fundy Discovery Aquarium exhibits, including monitoring separate indoor and outdoor touch tank locations, and perform feeding presentations. Perform sales transactions for entry, experiences, and gift shop, including merchandise and physical count of stock. Assist in maintaining Fundy Discovery Aquarium exhibits and facilities, including maintenance to the grounds. Remain professional, friendly, and passionate at all times. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment at all times. Work both independently and within a cohesive team to deliver programs that result in an exceptional guest experience. Ensure all health, safety and security procedures are adhered. Assist in any other related duties as required.

Assister les visiteurs qui viennent au Centre d'information touristique situé au Café du Monument-Lefebvre en leur offrant des directions routières, les aidant à organiser leur itinéraire et en faisant la promotion des attraits touristiques de la région.
Aider dans la promotion des activités qui ont lieu au Monument-Lefebvre durant la saison estivale tel que les Causeries et les Musicook ainsi que les activités pour enfants organisés occasionnellement.
La personne devra aussi aider au café culturel, dans la boutique et à la billetterie.
Cette personne présentera, lorsque demandé, le Monument-Lefebvre et sa magnifique salle.
